Service Description

Physical presence is not necesarry for healing energy to work. Energy Healing is a process of balancing and realigning energy flow that has been disrupted by stress, pain, or illness. The process eliminates blockages in the energy field so that you are in an optimal state for healing to occur. In a Energy Healing session, I begin with a centering process to calm the mind, access a sense of compassion, and become fully present with you. I then focuses intention on your highest good and send my energy to your body at the 7 major chakra points. In a distance energy healing session you should be able to meet with me via Zoom and be in a quiet comfortable place where you will not be interupted. This will allow for optimal energy flow from me to you.
