Service Description

Energy Healing/Healing Touch is a process of balancing and realigning energy flow that has been disrupted by stress, pain, or illness. The process eliminates blockages in the energy field so that you are in an optimal state for healing to occur. In a Energy Healing/Healing Touch session, I begin with a centering process to calm the mind, access a sense of compassion, and become fully present with you. I then focuses intention on your highest good and place my hands lightly on your body at the 7 major chakra points. Additionally, if needed to aggressively clear you energy I will make sweeping motions above your body and/or smudging your auric field with Paleo Santos, or White Sage. If the smoke from saging bothers you please let me know and I can use my own home made smudge spray.
