Welcome to Spiritual Connections & Healing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing christiemay.com, booking a service, registering for an event, or participating in one of our offerings, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using this website or purchasing any service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, booking a service, or registering for an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any cancellation, payment, event, or service-specific policies presented during registration or booking.

2. Services Offered

Spiritual Connections & Healing offers spiritual and personal-growth services, including but not limited to:

• Psychic and intuitive readings
• Evidential mediumship readings
• Tarot and oracle card readings
• Akashic Records readings
• Past-life readings
• Reiki energy healing
• Spiritual counseling and guidance
• Trance-channeling sessions
• Classes, mentorships, development circles, practice circles, and other events

Most services are conducted online through Zoom or another designated video platform.

3. Spiritual Nature of Services

All services are spiritual, intuitive, educational, or personal-growth experiences. Information received during a session is subjective and may be interpreted differently by each participant.

No particular result, message, connection, healing response, or outcome is promised or guaranteed. You are responsible for deciding how, or whether, to use any information received during a session.

4. No Medical or Mental-Health Treatment

Christie May is not acting as a physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, licensed mental-health counselor, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed healthcare professional.

Services offered through Spiritual Connections & Healing do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical or mental-health conditions. Spiritual counseling is not psychotherapy, crisis counseling, or a substitute for licensed medical or mental-health care.

Never discontinue medication, delay treatment, or change a treatment plan based solely upon information received during a session. Contact an appropriately licensed professional concerning medical, psychological, legal, or financial matters.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to independently book or participate in a service unless advance written permission has been provided by a parent or legal guardian and the service has been approved by Christie May.

By booking a service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

6. Booking and Payment

Appointments and event registrations must be completed through the booking and payment methods provided on this website.

​

Prices, service lengths, deposits, payment requirements, and availability may change. The price and terms displayed when your booking is completed will apply to that purchase.

​

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information so that you can receive confirmation emails, reminders, Zoom links, and other information related to your appointment or event.

​

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

By completing a booking or registration, you agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund policies presented during checkout or included with the applicable service or event.

If you cannot attend, you are responsible for contacting Spiritual Connections & Healing as soon as possible. Failure to attend or provide the required notice may result in the loss of your payment or deposit, as described in the applicable cancellation policy.

8. Online Sessions and Technology

Online services are normally conducted through Zoom. A private meeting link will be included in your booking confirmation or reminder email.

You are responsible for having a compatible device, dependable internet connection, working camera and microphone, and an appropriate private location from which to participate.

Spiritual Connections & Healing is not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device, software, environment, or failure to use the provided meeting link. If a significant technical problem occurs on our end, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or otherwise resolve the issue.

9. Participant Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and without disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

​

For services requiring active participation, you should attend from a quiet, private environment where you can remain present and attentive. Additional participation requirements may apply to classes, circles, mentorships, or group events.

​

We reserve the right to end or refuse a session, class, or event participation when conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed when participation is ended because of a violation of these terms.

10. Personal Responsibility and No Guarantees

You remain responsible for your personal choices, decisions, actions, and well-being before, during, and after any service.

Readings and spiritual services involve personal interpretation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information, the presence of a particular Spirit communicator, or any particular emotional, spiritual, physical, financial, or personal result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiritual Connections & Healing and Christie May will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of this website, participation in a service, or reliance upon spiritual or intuitive information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights, where applicable, are not waived.

12. Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used as reasonably necessary to administer bookings, process payments, communicate with you, and provide services.

Information may also be processed by service providers used to operate the business, such as website, scheduling, payment-processing, email, and video-conferencing providers, or disclosed when required by law.

Although reasonable care is taken to respect your privacy, spiritual counseling and other services are not protected by the legal privileges that may apply to communications with licensed medical, mental-health, or legal professionals.

Sessions may not be photographed, recorded, reproduced, or shared by either party without prior permission, except when disclosure is required by law.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, forms, handouts, exercises, course materials, and other original content on this website or provided through our services belong to Spiritual Connections & Healing or Christie May.

Materials may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, taught, or used commercially without prior written permission.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

This website may contain links to or use services operated by third parties, including Wix, Zoom, payment processors, social-media platforms, and other external websites.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, privacy practices, or actions of third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

We may update these Terms, modify services, change prices, or discontinue an offering at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retroactively alter the price or material booking terms of a previously completed purchase unless required by law or agreed to by both parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the website, or services will be handled in an appropriate court located in Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
