Service Description

A Spiritual Counseling Session is a heart-centered experience designed to help you navigate life’s challenges from a place of deeper self-awareness and spiritual understanding. Much like therapy—but without the clinical approach—this session focuses on emotional healing, personal empowerment, and soulful transformation. Through my own lived experiences and the lessons gained from overcoming a traumatic past, I offer compassionate guidance and practical tools to help you uncover the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be holding you back. Drawing inspiration from Carl Jung’s shadow work techniques, we explore the aspects of self that seek healing and integration, allowing you to move toward wholeness and authenticity. While this is not a psychic or mediumship session, I do work in connection with spirit to intuitively guide and support your healing journey. My goal is to hold a safe and sacred space for your self-discovery, helping you realign with your purpose and inner truth. I highly recommend working with a licensed therapist alongside these sessions to support your emotional wellness and create a holistic path toward healing and growth. Please ensure you’re in a quiet, private space during your Zoom session so you can relax, be fully present, and receive the most benefit from our time together.
