Reiki Energy Healing — First Session (Online)

Service Description

Your first online Reiki session includes additional time for me to explain how distance Reiki works and what you can expect during the session. We will discuss the chakra system, how I assess the energy of each chakra, and how I use a surrogate doll as an energetic representation of your body while providing Reiki from a distance. We will also talk about what you are currently experiencing and what you would most like support with. This may include stress, emotional heaviness, energetic imbalance, physical discomfort, or simply a desire to feel more grounded and restored. After our initial conversation and chakra assessment, you will be invited to relax in a comfortable position while I provide distance Reiki energy healing. Reiki is a gentle, noninvasive practice intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, and your overall sense of well-being. We will reserve time at the end to discuss your experience and any observations from the session. How to Prepare for Your Online Session Your session will be held live through Zoom. Your private Zoom link will be included in your booking confirmation and reminder email. You do not need a paid Zoom account, but downloading the free Zoom app before your appointment is recommended. Please join from a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without being disturbed. You may lie down or sit in a supportive chair and may wish to have a blanket and water nearby. Headphones or earbuds are optional. Please join a few minutes early to test your internet connection, camera, and microphone. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. Individual experiences vary, and no specific result can be guaranteed.
