Service Description
When life feels overwhelming, it can be hard to hear yourself beneath all the thoughts, emotions, and expectations. Regulation Before Revelation™ is a six-week guided group course where we slow down, notice what’s happening within us, and practice responding with more understanding and choice. Together, we’ll explore my 6-Step Return to Alignment: • Notice & Ground • Name & Support • Understand • Reframe • Choose • Reflect & Release Each week includes guided exercises, reflection, group discussion, and practical tools you can use in everyday life. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or share more than you’re comfortable sharing. Your electronic workbook and journal pages are included. Emotional States Cards are available to purchase separately. We’ll meet live on Zoom every Saturday from March 13 through April 17, 2027, from 10:00AM - Noon Central. Limited to 6 participants so there’s room for personal attention and meaningful connection. Come as you are. We’ll take this one step at a time.

Cancellation Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Your payment may be transferred to a new appointment time when sufficient notice is provided. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, and no-shows will forfeit the full session fee. A new payment will be required to book another appointment. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If Christie must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may transfer your payment to another available time or request a full refund. Thank you for respecting the time reserved especially for you.
