The ego plays a powerful role in how we experience intuition and spiritual connection. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn how the ego forms, why it creates blocks like fear, doubt, comparison, and overthinking, and how to recognize its influence in your body and thoughts.

Through simple, practical tools, journaling prompts, and a guided ego-integration meditation, you’ll learn how to shift your nervous system from “ego activation” into intuitive openness. This workshop teaches you how to work with the ego — not against it — so you can connect with Spirit more confidently, clearly, and consistently.
