In a Soul Doula Session, I gently guide you through a process of intuitive connection, energetic healing, and deep inner support. As a Soul Doula, I hold compassionate space for the parts of you that are awakening, grieving, transforming, or seeking clarity. Whether you're moving through a life transition, emotional heaviness, or simply feeling the call to reconnect with your soul’s truth, this session is here to meet you where you are. Each session may include: - Channeled messages from Spirit, your guides, or higher self - Gentle energy healing to support release, integration, and alignment - Intuitive reflection and soul-led insight - Emotional support for healing, grieving, or life transitions - Sacred witnessing of your spiritual process in a nonjudgmental space This is not therapy.
