Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality designed to restore balance and harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. During this session, Christie channels universal life force energy to support your body’s natural ability to heal itself, release energetic blockages, and encourage deep relaxation. Each session includes intuitive chakra assessment, clearing, and balancing to promote the free flow of energy throughout your entire system. When the chakras are aligned and harmonized, clients often experience emotional release, reduced stress, increased vitality, and a greater sense of overall well-being. Whether you meet in person or virtually, Reiki transcends physical boundaries — allowing the healing energy to be just as effective from a distance. Each experience is uniquely tailored to your energetic needs, creating a nurturing space for realignment, renewal, and inner peace. What to Expect: Reiki Energy Healing works by balancing and realigning the natural flow of energy within the body—often referred to as the chakras. When stress, pain, or illness disrupt this flow, Reiki helps clear energetic blockages so your body, mind, and spirit can return to a state of harmony and healing. Each session begins with a brief centering process to quiet the mind and open the heart, allowing me to be fully present with your energy. I will then channel Reiki energy through gentle hand placements over the seven major chakra points. If needed, I may also use sweeping motions to clear and cleanse the auric field, along with Palo Santo or White Sage to release stagnant energy. If you are sensitive to smoke, I can instead use my handmade smudge spray for a smoke-free option. You will lie comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, with optional light blanket and soothing music. Christie will gently place her hands just above or lightly on specific areas of the body, intuitively guided to where healing is most needed. You may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or waves of calm energy as the Reiki flows through you. The session concludes with a brief discussion of any intuitive insights or chakra observations that arose during your healing.
