1st Reiki Session - Virtual

Service Description

Your first Reiki session is a gentle introduction to the healing energy of Reiki and an opportunity for us to connect. During this appointment, we’ll take extra time to talk about what Reiki is, how I work with the energy, and discuss your personal healing goals. You’ll also have space to ask any questions and share what you hope to receive from your sessions. What to Expect: Reiki Energy Healing works by balancing and realigning the natural flow of energy within the body—often referred to as the chakras. When stress, pain, or illness disrupt this flow, Reiki helps clear energetic blockages so your body, mind, and spirit can return to a state of harmony and healing. Each session begins with a brief centering process to quiet the mind and open the heart, allowing me to be fully present with your energy. I will then channel Reiki energy through gentle hand placements over the seven major chakra points. If needed, I may also use sweeping motions to clear and cleanse the auric field, along with Palo Santo or White Sage to release stagnant energy. If you are sensitive to smoke, I can instead use my handmade smudge spray for a smoke-free option. As part of your first session, I will also provide a before and after chakra assessment so you can gain a deeper understanding of your energy and observe how Reiki supports your healing process. For those who choose to continue with additional sessions, we’ll be able to track the progression of your chakra balance and energetic wellness over time.
