💭 What Is a Negative Attachment?
Negative attachments are energetic ties that weigh you down, deplete your vitality, and block your spiritual growth. These attachments may form through relationships, emotions, thought patterns, or even from external spiritual influences.
They often stem from:
Toxic or draining relationships
Unresolved trauma or grief
Repetitive negative thoughts
Energetic imprints from places or people
Spiritual entities or cords left behind from intense emotional exchanges
These attachments can stick to your energy field and subtly influence your thoughts, moods, and choices.
